The purpose of this study is to identify, select and analyze international experiences for farm models and to establish an operational monitoring center, forecast-signaling systems and predictability model, plant diseases and pests, farm production, diseases and natural damages (frosts, floods, etc.) using a set of criteria and tools within the project “Strengthening forecast-signals in agriculture through the development of innovative services in the context of economic development regional.

The project aims to:
The analysis for the establishment of an information system that offers data processing and management in an easy and stable way, having continuous advice with specialists (agronomists and veterinarians) with in-depth knowledge in the treatment, prevention of diseases and the use of technologies agricultural in aid of farmers. Orientation and ensuring a sustainable development of agricultural plants and livestock in order to optimally increase production to better meet the needs of the country, minimize import and increase opportunities for export.
Our experts estimated that in order to contribute to the transformative growth of agriculture in Albania, one of the most important tasks is the modeling of farms and the inclusion of modern forecasting-signaling technologies, in terms of forecasting weather events in agriculture.
