Opportunity

During the period of 2020-2021 ADM provided the Fedinvest with support to establish an integrated and adaptive approach to plan and implement of project in their Agency.

This involved:

Preparation of a long-term vision and implementation plan
New policy agenda to improve the bankability of Fedinvest investments.

Solution

ADM (Advanced Data Management) & Facilization in joint venture, has designed and implement the contract with object: Analyses, Oracle Flexcube licensing, Oracle Technology Licensing EBS suite, Securities module, installations, configurations, parametrization and test of all Software & Hardware modules and cloud services.

Reporting of Production Environment, Test Environment, Development Environment
All licenses are covered by Oracle Technology.

The adaptation-related interventions were also integrated according the Fedinvest Plan
